In the event that users experience technical difficulties or password issues while in the PX Academy’s learning management system (through e360), send an email to the PX Academy’s Chief Learning Officer.
Once finished with a practice test, you will receive immediate results. You will see all the questions, answer choices, your responses, and the correct answers. In addition, you will receive a score showing the percentage and number of questions answered correctly.
After you complete a practice test, go back to the test page. Click on the link on the left-hand side of the page. You will see all the questions, answer choices, your responses, and the correct answers.
Yes, you may take the end of course practice tests up to 10 times or until you score 100%.
There is no passing score for the practice tests, but a good marker of knowledge and skills understanding is a score of 80% or greater.
The practice tests are not required, but highly recommended if you plan to take the Patient Experience Specialist (PXS)™ certification exam.

Course completion times vary based on the individual. On average, the time to complete the PX500 series is 80 hours and the Executive PX700 series is 25 hours.
