I enjoyed the topics and understanding of each lesson! There is a lot of reading and I do suggest including more videos or presentation media — “a picture is worth a thousand words.” Also, it seems as though the material was pre COVID. Hope CX University is on the mission to update the material and be able to speak to the marketplace changes (if any) post COVID?
